Jennifer Beale is National Executive Director & COO of the Invention to Innovation Research and Innovation Institute (i2IRII), where she leads a transformative initiative helping Canada’s STEM and healthcare researchers bring lab discoveries to market.
She oversees the expansion and operational delivery of the National i2I Network, stewarding a $22.9M NSERC investment across 13 co-applicant institutions and more than 55 partner organizations nationwide. Drawing on deep cross-sector expertise, Jennifer collaborates with academic, government, industry, and community partners to strengthen commercialization pathways, build talent capacity, and advance systemic innovation across Canada.
