Kristen Kindrachuk
Director, Labs4
Dr. Kindrachuk is Director of Labs4 at RRC Polytech, where she leads a national College-University network supporting the next generation of researcher-entrepreneurs. Her career spans academic research, scientific publishing, intellectual property management, consulting, and federal research strategy, including roles with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO), the University of Manitoba, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the American Chemical Society (ACS).
Kristen brings extensive experience designing national-scale research and innovation programs and is passionate about strengthening communities through creation of frameworks and opportunities that enable innovation to deliver lasting societal benefit.
