Laura is a Dakelh (Nak'azdli Whut'en) and Nêhiyaw researcher, entrepreneur, and PhD candidate whose work focuses on Indigenous entrepreneurship and economic development. Through Matriarch Media and the University of Alberta’s Roots & Relations program, she supports culturally grounded approaches to business, helping strengthen Indigenous entrepreneurial ecosystems and pathways to self-determination.
